We will deliver the goods in accordance with your order, usually within the stated delivery time and usually within 30 days of accepting your order.
You must do everything that you reasonably can to enable the goods to be delivered at the specified time and place. If delivery is delayed by you, or if delivery should fail because you have not taken appropriate steps, we will attempt to arrange an alternative delivery date within 30 days of the failed delivery. If delivery fails due to circumstances that are within your reasonable control, any subsequent delivery costs shall be borne by you. If we are not able to arrange a date for re-delivery we may cancel your order and refund the price paid for the goods, less the failed delivery costs.
Ownership (title) of the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid for the goods in full.
For bespoke items, for example with logos, special dimensions or special colour umbrellas, returns are not accepted. Cancellation due to faulty goods must be advised to us by mail, fax or email within 7 days of delivery.
On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will meet the cost of return and arrange the carrier.
